There are many designers who make shoes similar to that style. I notice the pic is from Nordstrom's site. Look through their shoes; you may find them there.

I just bought some pink ones for $7 at the Deb store, they have a website too but I forgot the link, I know it's like debshop or debstore something like that.

I have them in every color but orange. They're by BCBGirls. The style is called "katchen" I believe. They're also sold at zappos.com in case they don't have your size at Nordie's. :) Here they are in chocolate.
