Due to flat feet and a bunion my toes are drifting to the side:blush:. I had correction surgery on my right foot for my arch. There is a major difference in my foot. :yep:

Anyways, I bought really good toe seperators(similar to yoga toes) from amazon(had really good reviews). Could this possibly train the bones in my toes/foot to straigten out/prevent from drifing? I am going to sleep in them EVERY night.

Thanks

My podiatrist claims they do not help but I still would like to give the yoga toes a try.

I have a super flat foot.. zero arch.. my mom has wanted me to wear inserts since forever, but they are just so uncomfortable. I want to yoga toes since I'm always stretching my toes out b/c I get pain where my fallen arch is.

I don't think so. I have a version of these too that I got at Wal Mart. I think you need something in your shoes to help the problem while you're walking. You should talk to your podiatrist though.

I feel ya. I have wide feet and a longer 2nd toe. Nothing says sexy like a hammertoe! I'm currently using a toe straightner and it seems to be working.

I have a version of the yoga toes, but it's really for stretching your toes out. I don't think you're supposed to keep them on all night.

Now there are slings and braces out there to help correct and straighten toes. Check out www.footsmart.com I've ordered a couple of times from them and had no problems. You may want to check out the Hallex24 Bunion Splint, the Wheaton Bunion Brace, or the Fabrifoam Bunion Sling. I haven't tried them, but they seem to be more appropriate for what you're trying to do. You may also want to consider a shoe stretcher to make some of your tighter shoes a little more wide. Hope this helps!

One of the best things I've ever done for my crooked toes was to start going barefoot as much as possible. My big toe was bent inward towards the rest of my toes, and my little toe was all huddled up under the other toe - from years of wearing shoes that just didn't quite fit my insanely wide and flat feet.
I started going barefoot anytime I could, and I have perfectly straight toes now - it only took a year or so for them to shift too.
It's even HARDER for me to find 'styling' shoes now though, as I now have a much lower tolerance for putting stuff on my feet that warps the shape of my toes - but my toes aren't all crooked anymore, either.

I have flextatic from Walgreens but use them as a preventative method. The toe straighteners/braces may work. Avioiding high heels and tight shoes will help your condition.
