If the mascara looks good it's actually not an awful idea if you can keep up with it. For $589 you get lifetime refills. I've probably already spent $500 in the last 10 years for mediocre mascaras.

$8 x 4(1 every 3 months) = $32 (and let's be honest...I buy 3-4 mascaras at a time and rarely spend only $8)

$32 x 10 years = $320

No. She seemed like a fake to me when I clicked on her website, and it didn't work.... Or should I say website(s)...She has like 6 Twitters, all of which have the same people commenting (hmmm) and the sites that do work look like she put them together with Clip Art. Plus, the Chase logo that pops up looks cut and pasted from somewhere else (blurry). She also claimed to be a some kind of Hermes sales manager, but got shut down because whatever position she claimed to have a) didn't exist, and b) you can't just be representing Hermes like that. I mean, dang, if you want to start a cosmetics company why not just start a real one? :lachen:
