I would not personally recommend that you ingest epson salt regularly. The magnesium in the salt required for the cleanse is more than the daily recommended allowance. Yes, it can be used but not frequently. I would suggest you use sea salt or Kosher salt, and just soak occasionally in the epson salt. It is absorbed topically when we soak in the water and can have a cleansing effect.

Sure if you want to vomit and hate life:lachen: Trust the taste of Epsom salt is MUCH worse than the sea salt and it makes you think that death would be a better option than drinking it:lol:

lol, i bough the sea salt, tomorrow is the last day of my cleanse, woohoo! not really it was cool
