Anyone that is following the WW plan and would like even more support from lhcf buddies please let me. We can share how we are doing with our eating, tracking, exercise and weightloss. Anyone interested?

I am. I am deTERmined to lose 32 more pounds. So far I lost 8.6. I am alloted 21 pounds daily and I eat all that and the bonus points. Last week I was shocked that I had 9 bonus points left.

That's great, I get 23 points and I did well my first two weeks but last week, I went over even my bonus points. So this week I am focused and ready to do this! I am trying to lose 2lbs a week. I want to be about 145-150lbs. I am now 173lbs.

Have you started exercising yet? Exercise is my saving grace. I would love to lose 2 pounds a week but have yet to figure out how. Here what my weigh ins look like
Week 1 lost 6.6 pounds (don't ask me how)
Week 2 lost 1 pound
Week 3 gain 1 pound
Week 4 gain .8 pound
Week 5 lost 1.8 pounds
Week 6 lost 1 pound
Tuesday is week 7 for me.
What week are you ladies on?

I need to lose over 70, but I'm determined to do it. I want to look like that black lady on the Biggest Loser who weighed 146.

I would love to join also. Subscribing. Please tell if you are going to meetings or online?
I'm contemplating going to the meetings and doing my weighins there or staying online. Not sure though i think i need the accountability, tracking and motivation. Its hard staying motivated if there is no one here with me.
I'm right now 165 and trying to get down to anywhere between 135 to 140. So thats 25 to 30 pounds.

sorry ladies I forgot to post in here. I think I am on week 7 also. I have not been doing good enough but today is a new day. I am trying to reach my goal over this summer so I am getting it into gear.

Subscribing - I have 19 points - I have been on the plan for 11.5 weeks. I do Weight Watchers At Work - so my meetings/weigh-in is every Friday. My program here ends June 26 - but after that I'm joining again for the Maintenance Program. I have 9.4lbs to go to reach my goal. I started on March 20 - as of May 29 - I have lost 13.4lbs.
I also use the online tools which came free with my program.
Statistics:
Beginning weight - 160
Current Weight - 146.6 (as of 5/29)
Goal Weight - 137 (or between 135-137)
I also journal everything I eat.

I am on WW's too. I started the program April 21. I had 30 points and now I have 27.
I am eating this way for LIFE! I love it. I absolutely LOVE IT.
Starting Weight: 231
Current Weight: 207.6
Goal Weight: I don't actually have one...I'm just trying to live healthier and be active 6 out of 7 days a week.
I exercise. I do some form of cardio 6 out of 7 days a week. And 3 times a week I do some form of weight lifting. I've been doing Turbo Jam.

I'm in.
I'm back at WW, which is the only thing that has ever worked for me. When I work the plan I get results, so I'm working the plan and committed to making it to lifetime.
Right now I have 28 pts. I'm going to the gym and also heated yoga practice during the week. I'd like to be down 5 pounds by my birthday, which is July 6.

Excerise: I use my Wii Fit, walking and bicycling (at least three days a week)
I started with 21 points went down to 19 a couple weeks ago.
I agree - I'm not going back to my old eating habits.
My husband has lost 30lbs. Not actually doing WW but eating healthy along with me. So that works out well at home - because we eat the same foods. Also he knows how to shop at the grocery and read nutritional labels.
