Hey ladies,
I'm sure many of you have already heard about Tamara Harbison by now, but if you don't, you can read her story here:

She lost 125 lbs. in 9 months!!! I don't know about you ladies, but if she can go from a size 24 to a size 4, then something is very right about this plan. I mean, I could understand a 20lb. loss, or even a 50lb loss (not that this isn't commendable!!), but when a person loses this much weight and looks as healthy and full of energy as Tamara does- I can't help but to take notice.
I am currently on a weightloss journey that I started about a week ago. I've been heavy for a whiiiile now and as I'm about to leave college, I want to get this weight off now. I started last Friday and I've been eating well (lean proteins, fruits, veggies, eggwhites, whole grains, etc.) and I've exercised almost everyday for about 30-45 minutes and I'm down 5lbs as of Wednesday.:grin:
One thing I REFUSE to do is to buy into gimmicks like diet pills, the notion that you don't have to exercise, etc. I want to lose the weight the RIGHT way. I've been researching Dr. Ian's methods and it seems like less of a diet and more of a healthy lifestyle approach. I just bought my book from Amazon and I can't WAIT for it to get here.:drunk:
I'm wondering if there's anyone who would like to join me in this challenge??? Let me know and we'll update with rules, etc.!!
I think if we challenge ourselves to really follow his advice, we will see results. And if y'all don't wanna join me, then sit back and watch my updates, because I'm about to GET MY fitness on!!!:lachen::lachen::lachen:
