I can't decide if I should take cycling (spinning) class tonight or Yoga Flow.
The last time I took Flow, I was sore for daaaaaaaaaays.
They're both offered at the same time so I can't do both (well I can if I leave my main gym and drive 8 minutes to the other gym and catch the 7pm classes -But I'm not trying to kill myself).
With that being said, which class should I take tonight?

I say Yoga Flow but hey there's no reason you can't color early as well:look:

The only color option would be from 5-8 (DH has something to do at 8pm). Classes start at 6. I won't get home until almost 5.
I guess we could color real quick as soon as I get home before I go to the gym, but at that point...whats the point of going to the gym? :lachen:

Or you could color in the shower before DH's 8pm thing. He'll be light on his feet:lachen:

You know what....that's a great idea.
I hit the class at 6, get home by 7:15. Hop in the shower, at least rinse the sweat off....call him up, color in there. Have him out of the door by....7:50 I guess. That MIGHT work.
*off to text DH and make an appointment*
