Please post your juicing recipes

my favs are:

1) pineapple & strawberry- delicious!
2) carrot & apple - equal amounts, or more apples if preferred
3) grapefruit, apple, grapes (one grapefruit, two apples, 2 c grapes)
4) i'm still working on finding a green/veggie mix that I actually like. looking forward to recipes suggested on this.

There was also another thread with attachments in the natural form but if you google it here you will probably find more juicing ideas from members. I love this board because the archives has years of excellent information.

I do love apple and carrot juice. I have been drinking green lemonades every morning for the last three weeks. It is healthy and delicious.

Green lettuce
romanine lettuce
Parsley
3-5 kale leaves
1-2 fuji apples
1 lemon (i peel mine)

I also make a delicious fruit smoothie
in the Vitamix I put:
1 pear
frozen mangos
frozen strawberries
juiced green apples
juiced pinapple
