I just got back from my 3rd spinning class this week, and it's the best! I had been on a weightloss plateau for the last month and I think my body just needed something different.
The class is fun, and I swear one hour seems like 20 minutes. The only negative thing I can say is the seat does hurt your bottom, but the instructor told me it takes a while to get used to. My gym offers seat cushions and they do help.
I have lost 4 pounds this week, and I am just soo happy. Spinning is addictive...some of the women in the class had special spinning shoes with spikes on the bottom, lol...it's a trip.
I am going to FLA at the end of the month and I called my gf after I weighed myself this morning and told her I may not have to wear my Spanx under my swimsuit after all, lol.:lachen: Anyways, if you get the chance, try a class or two, it's a great workout!
