Please answer the poll?
Well, yall know me I'm always concerned about that. So I would say for the most part I exceed the recommended number of fruits and veggies needed daily for my age.

I'm getting no where near the recommended servings of fruit and veggies. I'm lucky if I get one cup of each per day. It's hard because I have been a junkfood/fastfood eater most of my life. You have alot of good ideas on how to get them all in though:yep:

Lets work on that, your body will thank you for it. We might need to start a challenge.:yep:
I'll be getting my recommended amount just with my lunch...I'll be eating 2 cups of broc, 1 cup of corn and 1 cup of peas.

At the moment no as I'm in the induction stage right now but when I move on to Ongoing Weight Loss, Pre-Maintenance and Maintenance in a couple more weeks I definitely will be:yep: I make sure to get my recommended daily fiber in though just for you Dlewis:grin:
I try to do 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. I don't always make the quota but just trying helps me to eat healthier

I have started drinking green smoothies everyday for breakfast and I use fruit and veggies for my snacks, so this makes it easy to exceed the recommended daily amount.

I'm in the same spot - I know I get my veggies+ in (as that and meat is all I'm eating! :lachen:), but no fruit, at all. I'll definitely be doing my fruit right once I'm off induction, though. :yep:

Yes I do get my veggie/fruit it. I'm new to the raw lifestyle and at 80% right now. This is the right time to start a challenge DL with all the nice juicy fruit/veggie available during the summer. I especially love the summer when watermelon is available.

I eat at least 4-5 servings of fresh fruit a day.
I eat a large salad daily.
I'd say that I get my daily allotment for the day.

I would say with my fruits yes but no with my veggie before I started drinking green smoothies. That has helped me get in the rest of my veggie in a day and maybe excess with them.

Don't forget to share recipes D.
I get them in, especially with on the Fat Smash, but even without it I try to have more veggies on my plate than meat. I will be adding back green smoothies.
