I am overweight, but have extremely strong legs, from being a former sprinter and constant power walker.

I am trying to make my legs SORE the first time I try a new routine. ( it just gives me a sense of accomplishment)

I superset the leg extension (90 lbs) with the leg press (250 lbs) and then the hamstring curl (80 lbs) with the leg press (same wt).

I do 12 reps, 2 sets of the extension/press combo, rest one minute and then 12 reps, 2 sets of the curl/press combo.

Today I did cardio, 40 minutes on a stairstepper type thingy.

My legs are very tired now, but they do not hurt.

What can I add? I want to SHRED my quads!

um. p90x? i know it hurt MY legs for daaaays
