So far, I had a tons of blueberry tea and a healthy choice cafe steamers chicken margherita meal. It was 6 points on the weight watchers scale.

Calories: 320, Fat: 7g, Fiber: 5g

Tonight I am eating fruits and veggies.

I had a bowl of blackberries and an apple
2 cups of water

2 cups of broc
corn
peas
3 cupsof water

2 boxes of lemonheads but I walk a mile to get them :yep:

I was pretty good at breakfast and ate organic bran flakes, cantalope, fresh squeezed orange juice, and an apple.

Lunch was ROUGH because we had a going away party for a co-worker. :perplexed I had a chicken salad sandwich and some chicken fingers and I felt BAD afterwards (I've been eating organic/non-processed foods almost exclusively for about 2 months). :nono:

I've also had about 34 ounces of water so far. :drunk:

3 grilled chicken tacos
a bowl of cereal

3 slices of turkey bacon
2 slices of wheat bread
Unsweetened grapefruit juice

Lunch
Turkey sandwich
Lays chips (75 cal.)
Water

Bkfast: Spinach,Strawberry, Cran Juice and Yogurt smoothie.

Lunch: chicken drumstick, rice and peas, small piece of plaintain, lettuce w. avocado.

Now: wheat bread with natural peanut butter and a drizzle of honey.

Drinks: water

In a couple hours, the two boiled egg whites I was supposed to eat w breakast.

Dinner, I'll try to be a good girl and make a slammin salad (my fam always orders pizza on fridays though :ohwell:)

so far a fruit cup in light syrup
and right now i'm having a whey protein shake w/2 strawberries blended w/it

Breakfast: A bowl of cherrios with 1% milk
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Egg white omlette with mushroom, bellpepper,onions and cheese
Snack: Granny apple
Dinner: Chicken breast and spiniach

yep. i did a dry rub of onion and garlic powder, red ground pepper, and cajun seasoning. it was really good. i tore thos tacos up. :blush:

What all did you put on them? That sounds healthy and delish! :grin:

i just dressed them with a chunky salsa and some shredded lettuce.

I had a Chipolte's Burrito bowl

I did alot of running around and did not get time to eat balanced meals through out the day.
