My heart feels so much better! I swear I thought a cardic was at my doorstep :nono:
I stop having chest pinches.
Overall in spite of what anyone says exercise is good! Not only that everyone needs exercise in some shape or form.

1. definitely the clothes!!! I miss heels and cute little dresses
2. da menz - I want to be as attractive as possible when I get back out there
3. my coworkers at this new j.o. are all some freaks of nature - GRANDPARENTS looking young as crap. I'm tired of sticking out like a sore thumb.
4. my knees. If I don't maintain my leg muscles, my knees cannot handle all this weight. I sit and stand like my grandfather
5. again, the clothes!!!
