and what are you going to do to lose it?

I want to lose 12 pounds.

I plan to walk every evening at work. Workout at home every other day.
Watch what I eat.
Eat more fruit and drink more water.

Thanks for starting this Dlewis! I was just thinking about this, wow, so funny.

Anyway I want to lose 8 lbs this month. Surely thats realistic.

I have been eating a lot of veggies and fruits. Someone posted the site www.rawfoodtalk.com. I seen a lot of B/A photos, very motivating. Not that I'm trying to go vegetarian, but I will make sure its a big part of my diet from now on. :yep:

Oh and make sure I work out at least 5 days a week. I have been doing high-intensity workout videos (mostly Hip Hop Abs). I enjoy running too, so I will switch my workouts up w/ this.

My goal is to lose a minimum of 8lbs this month. I'm working out 6 days a week, limiting carbs and adding more protein...

4 pounds. I think I already lost one. I'm going to walk/run at least 3 times a week. Do 25 push ups, 100 sit ups and 5 minutes stretch every day. I can't do all those at once so I will have to do them throughout the day.

Between 10-15 only because I started the Fat Smash diet on May 1. After May I want to lose between 7-10 lbs per month.

I want to lose 10 pounds.

I will exercises 20 minutes (minimum) Monday-Friday, and one hour on Saturday and Sunday. I will walk in the evening at least twice each week.

Get my daily 5 of fruits and vegetables and drink more water (goal is 5 bottles a day).

I need to really clean up my diet. My guy has been a bad influence. He's an ice cream junkie. :sad:

I'd like to lose between 10-15. I've already lost 2 pounds.

I plan on doing my hip hop abs (mainly), elliptical and some walking...I'm aiming to workout twice a day at least two times out of the week. I crafted a calendar that is helping me. Everytime I exercise, I get a star. My goal is to have at least 35 stars for the month of May.

I want to lose 6 pounds but I doubt it will happen so I am shooting for 3. I am lifting weight and running 4x a week. I am maintaining a good diet and eating 5 smaller meals. When I lose this 6 pounds I will be at my goal of 160 but since I haven't been at my goal weight since I was in highschool I am not sure I will stop here. I may want to loe another 5-10. It's like a try-on weight if I like it I will keep it. By the way I am 5'11 so 166 isn't bad but I don't know.

It is but I have been a having a hard time losing weight. I am losing inches though and I know that is the more important thing. So I can am for 6 but I don't think it will come off but if I lose 3 and my clothes are loser then I will be more satisfied.
