Whenever I feel apprehensive/anxious about something, I'll get really bad nausea. Even just thinking about the thing can give me a pang in my stomach. It often gets so bad that I spend hours on end worrying about the thing because it's the only thing that seems to calm my nerves.
Is there a name for this, and is there a way to control it?
