Is there a process of dry brushing(exfoliation)your body before showering? I cannot not rememeber when I read about it.Would like to know what kind of brush is used and where can I get one. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The name of a really good dry brush is called The Tampico Skin Brush by Yerba Prima (http://www.yerba.com/). I have one that I purchased last year for about $5.00 at Low Priced Vitamins (http://www.vitaglo.com)
The picture of the brush is below and you can read all about it's benefits at Tampico Skin Brush (http://www.yerba.com/tsb.htm)
Hope that helps.
