I'm tempted to buy this b/c of Cvs's bogo sale but several youtuber's have complained that it dries out and is basically junk, compared to Fluidline. Can anyone who has used the HIP attest to this? Has it dried out on you and if so is there a way to combat it? Also can you apply a lil' water to the brush before applying it so that it wont dry out?

I got one a month ago and it hasn't dried out yet. I heard about this too, so I didn't get it until BOGO time.

I hope it lasts a while. It really does stay put, has great color and glides on easily. I don't wear liner often but when I do this does the trick.

Nope. I've had Black, Brown, and Eggplant for a little over a year and they are still creamy and wearable. Trying these have cured my lemming to try Fluidline. They stay put and last a long time. Maybe those YTubers were die hard MAC heads....I don't discriminate :look:

I've had my black one for a long time... maybe about 3-4 months and it hasn't dried out yet. They do all eventually dry out though. I think it also depends on how often you open the jar to use them. I don't use mine often.

Yea ppl on MUA talk about this all the time. Applies to any cream liners/shadows really. Anyways they say to mix a drop or two of Visine in it to revive it.

Also I make sure the cap is tightly on my cream shadows and store them upside down (which makes it easier to see what color's in the jar anyways).

I have black and eggplant. The black one is fine but the eggplant was a little dry when I first opened it.:ohwell: I've heard to mix a little mixing medium or glycerin to moisten it up. Cosigning on the storing it upside down.:yep:
