what hair removal methods have been most successful for those of you who've tried it? i'd like to remove most of my unwanted hair...underarm, leg, mustache area, some extra growth around hairline, bikini area...

whats been most gentle and didn't leave scarring? has anyone had laser hair removal? how'd it work for you?

Laser hair removal hands down. You have to have about six treatments and then touch-ups every so often. It's also important to find someone used to brown skin and has the proper laser.

From what I understand, the only one that works on brown skin is the Lightsheer Diode laser.

Waxing gave me in grown hairs which only got worse the more I waxed. So bad that I got in growns even if I shaved. So you see, lasers were a life saver for me. (Okay, I'm being melodramatic - a self-esteem saver).

I still shave my legs but that's because I can't wax them. Tried it once and every hair grew under my skin.
