I have a TCA peel 12.5%? I need help!

I just bought a TCA peel 12.5%, yes it does have instructions but I have some questions that I would like to ask.

I know that it is effective to use a lightening cream. How soon after the peel should you apply a ligtening peel?

Baking soda, your suppose to use as a neutralizer, do you wash the peel off with water then use the baking soda?

Do you stop using retin-a?

Stop using retina for at least a week prior to the peel.

TCA is self-neutralizing, but I always use baking soda anyway.

I wouldn't put any lightening agents on for several days afterwards.
