 Thanks girl!

Well it wasn't easy (simple but NOT easy) and I had many set backs along the way.

I wrote my regimen as well as my struggles on my transformation page (http://www.milliondollarbody.com/fvmom) That'll give you the background on everything.

I think the biggest things were tracking my calories and the Master Cleanse. Although I only maintained a 10lb loss from the cleanse it was just what my body needed to get things moving after a looooong plateau.

Eating: I don't eat meat (vegetarian/vegan by choice. Meat and dairy really tear my stomach up) bread (only eat it occasionally) or really anything that comes in a box on a regular basis.

Mostly I eat fruits and veggies, soup, salad, meat alternatives and vegan protein (with the exception of Shakeology which is a super shake I buy from Beachbody) Oh and entire packs of gum:lachen:

I don't deprive myself of anything I just make sure it fits into my calorie goal. I shoot for 1200-1800 calories a day. I "zig zag" naturally meaning today I may only eat 1200 calories, tomorrow I may do 1800, the next day maybe 1500. I just listen to my body.

Exercise: I exercise everyday. You don't HAVE to exercise to lose weight but it makes it easier. For me I have a very difficult time eating clean if I don't exercise (hence the 72lb weight gain during my pregnancy lol)

I do Turbo Jam, Zumba, and ChaLEAN Extreme currently. I do exercise 2 times a day at the moment but nothing too difficult. I'll do an easy 20-30 minute cardio first thing in the morning, and my ChaLEAN Extreme workout in the afternoon when Caleb takes his nap, when the girls come home from school, or at bedtime depending on how the day goes. For me my workout has become such a habit it's like brushing my teeth. I feel "dirty" if I don't do it:giggle:

My posting is a little scattered today so if I'm not making sense please ask me to clarify and I will do so :)

Hey Sunshinelady, I had replied to your pink booty:lachen: on the blog but I'll repost here.

I've been slacking on the MSM since I was using Trilastin. It was aiight but I got my money back. I get better results from MSM and it don't cost me NEAR 90 bucks! I'm noticing that the more belly fat I lose the less noticeable they become. Also I notice the tighter my skin gets, the less depth and light pigment they have. I don't think I'll ever totally get rid of them as mine are severely deep, but I do think that I can redule the appearance of them to the point that a little dermablend would cover them completely if I ever wanted to bare my belly in public (yeah ummm hubby ain't having that:look: like this forum ain't just as if not MORE public than the Beach but whatever:rolleyes:)
