Omega 3,6,9..

For those of you who take this particular suppliment, what are some of the side effects you've experienced, if any?

I just bought some and all of the benefits sound great but, i can't find a real list of potential side effects. Oh yeah, what are some of the benefits you've noticed? :drunk:

I only take my omega's on the weekends because they me go to the bathroom constant :ohwell:. Sorry I haven't taken them consistently enough to give the benefits.

I take Twinlabs cod liver oil. It supplies me with tons of Omega 3 and vitamin D. I have noticed longer hairs (even in winter, which I never have) and it solved my dry eye issue. I had lasik and suffered horribly from dry eye. Not anymore!! :yep:

I've been taking Omega 3-6-9 for about a year now and I haven't had any side effects.

The only thing that I've noticed is clearer skin with less oiliness.
