This week I start Weight Watchers.
I’ve come to realize that I need all the help I can get on the war against my fat! I’m also hoping this will motivate me into exercise. This is my worst BFL ever but I had a lot going on in the last 6 weeks. I hate excuses but it’s the truth.

Atleast you are continuing on. Do what works for you. I know people who have had much success w/weight watchers. I'm doing well w/exercising but still my eating isn't where I would like it to be. I would like to be eat clean atleast 85% of the time. I was doing well until I started PMSing last week.

Even though this is Week 7 for you guys, it's Week 2 for me, lol. I'm starting Atkins today too, so hopefully this weight falls off of me! Just wanted to pop in and say hello. DON'T GIVE UP! I know it's hard, but just think of how much better you'll feel when you're not at war with your body and you can just enjoy life! That's what I'm tryna go with. Best of luck this week!

MonaRae you can do it. This was supposed to be my 3rd and I did really well for the first 2 weeks and lost 11lbs. I had a bad weekend and next Mon I am going to rededicate myself and re read the book. I also love Bill Phillips new website on transformation.

Monarae, we all have those moments and we are here to support each other. You have to do what work for you if your body is telling you to do more or less listen. Heck I was running for a month and then push it to far did 2 miles:lachen: and hurt my back. So now I'm back to walking 2 miles after a week off.

Ran today, hopefully I did not hurt my back I'll know tomorrow.
