Hey everyone. This challenge is NOT for the faint of heart. If you have ever watched the biggest loser then you already know Jillian M. "go hard or go home" attitude. This challenge is no different. :grin: We want maximum results in 30 days.

Here are the Rules:
1. You must workout at least 5 days a week. MANDATORY(It's a little over 20 mins. YOU CAN DO IT!!!)
2. Each week we will increase the level. Those who are familar with the dvd are aware that there are modifications. Do the modifications, as you get stronger push yourself to do the more advance workout. Your body will thank you later. :yep:
Our time table
Week 1: Level 1 (April 1-7)
Week 2 Level 2 (April 8-14)
Week 3 Level 3 (April 15-21
Week 4 Level 3.(April 22-30)
3. You must report to this thread either daily or weekly.
4. On this challenge we will focus on inches NOT weight. You must post your measurements, not your weight. Bust, waist and hips.
5.You must post your [physical] goals for this challenge.
Optional: take a picture of yourself Day 1 and Day 30, so you have something to compare to. You don't have to share your photo w/ the board.
This is only a workout challenge, therefore your diet is on you. But I hope everyone makes healthy food choices in order to see maximum results.
Who's down? The challnge Begins April 1 and ends the 30th.
