Just need to clear some air. From December to now I have gain so much weight that each month when I step off the scale I feel like crying. My weight does not seem to be going down, though my scale must be broken :wallbash:but it is not. With all the fest parties and birthday parties in the past month plus my vacation to my home town made it a bit hard to maintain a stable weight:chocbunny:. Now that is it, I have made up my mind to reach my goal weight and maintain it, also looking to get my body a bit toned to look sexy in my bikini for the summer. Starting tomorrow am going to start working on my goal weight and perfect body, am going to graudually make some changes to my eating and workout plan, I do not want to rush things, it may not end well if I do. Would anyone like to join me on my journey, give each other a bit of encouragement to reach our weight goal. Maybe we can start a challenge. I better go finish up my meal plan and shopping list for the week.
