I just bought Tae Bo T3, and I'm going to start it on Monday. I wanted to know if anyone is interested in starting a challenge. It doesn't have to be T3, it could be any Tae Bo tapes/dvd's you have. We still have some time before summer hits!!!!

This is the rotation I'll be doing.

T3 Beginner Workout Rotation

Week 1
Monday: Ignition
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Ignition
Thursday: Acceleration
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Ignition
Sunday: Rest

Week 2
Monday: Ignition
Tuesday: Acceleration
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Ignition
Friday: Transformation
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Transformation

Week 3
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Ignition
Wednesday: Acceleration
Thursday: Rest

the month of April?

Hey ladies,

Day 1, I did Tae Bo t3 ignition and Sparkpeople jump rope cardio

I have about 20 lbs to lose in total. By the end of April, I'd be happy with a loss of 5 lbs.

Preciouzone I would like to lose at least 7 lbs.

Hey, I'd love to join!!

I have a few Tae Bo DVD's and although I'll be going on vacation in a couple of days, I'd like to continue working out everyday!

I have the following DVD:

Fat Blasting
Tae Bo Abs
Ab Bootcamp

I will alternate all 3.

But can you please explain what you mean by:

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Ignition
Wednesday: Acceleration
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Ignition
Saturday: Acceleration
Sunday: Transformation

Does this mean that you'll be working out every other day?

Well I'm doing Tae Bo T3, those are the names of the workouts, and that's the order they have me doing them according to the book that came with it. But I haven't been doing it in that way. On Mon, I did the Ignition dvd, and the Sparkpeople Jump start cardio workout. On Tues I did the 30 day Shred, with the Sparkpeople Jump start cardio workout. Today I did, the Turbo Jam 20 min dvd and the Ignition dvd.
