Minocline=clear skin?

My doctor also prescribed me Minocline to control breakouts. Has anyoone here ever been on it, is it efective and/or know anything about it? I really want some reviews, before I end up spending almost $200 just for the prescription.

I haven't taken this antibiotic. At this price, I guess it's not covered by your health care insurance? There is also a generic version available. I would talk to a pharmacist before getting the prescription filled. IMO, they're more knowledgeable about meds than doctors.

I've taken it before. It worked for a while, then I started breaking out again. I'm now allergic to it - it causes hives.

Like Allandra says, it's an antibiotic, so it could interfere with your BCPs.
