I don't pluck them. Never have my whole life. There was really no reason to. However I have been trying to weatr make up lately and noticed that it is really hard to do certain things with my eyebrows so uneven and not arched like I see other peoples. Should I pluck them? What can I do so that my eyeshadow goes on all the way up to the brow without one side being higher than the other. I really want to start wearing shadow but it's kinda hard with these awful brows.
ETA- I should mention that I have a scar on my left? eyebrow and...well both of them but the one on the left? is missing hair while the one on the right? Is just a dot where my eyebrow starts.

I would go and get my brows waxed or threaded by a professional and then try to maintain the shape from there. There are a million tutorials on youtube that teach you how to fill in and shape your brows. I use concealer to clean up the shape and highlight and fill them in with MAC espresso and an angled brush, or my milani brow pencil.

I am so scared to pluck though. I haven't for years. I don't want to mess up my natural. I guess I will just try and shape them. I seen some videos but their eyebrows are all plucked or non-exsistent.

If you want to learn to do them yourself, you can go the route I did. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have too much hair to start with, but they looked like a dude's with no shape whatsoever. I used to try to use clear mascara to tidy them up but they still looked off. I learned how to pluck them to create an arch from the website I'm about to give you. You can buy stencils and a white pencil to trace the shape you want to have with the stencil, then pluck the hairs growing outside the shape. Some things I'd like to point out are:
it's best to draw both eyebrows in before you start plucking (or if your problem is the same as mine for others reading this, before you start filling them in) so you can make sure the symmetry is right.
before you start plucking along the top guideline, use a mascara or eyebrow pencil brush to brush the hairs down so you make sure that what you're plucking is really growing outside of the stencil line and isn't a hair that starts of within the borders and just extends out. Those long hairs can be tricky and accidentally plucked, so brushing the hairs down lets you see which hairs' roots are outside the border and those are the ones you need to remove. (I find I have better control with tweezers than waxing. Do the opposite direction brushing for the lower border. Usually the lower area is where you do your plucking. You may not need to do much above your eyebrows.
If after you finishing plucking you find there are hairs that extend too far out because they are too long and you find you cannot tame them even with clear mascara to stay within the shape you want, then brush them up with clear mascara so they set and then carefully trim them with either precise scissors like those used for nose hairs or eyebrow trimmers. <--Just be careful using this as it's easy to cut into your skin if you're not careful.
OK, without further ado, here's the website that started me off on eyebrow madness: http://www.eyebrowz.com/
