Sometimes I use a dark brown liner, but that looks weird sometimes, and black looks worse

I use dark brown eyeshawdow ( MAC brun) and the angle liner brush to fill in and give a soft natural look
NEVER USE BLACK to fill your eyebrows I mean never ever

I use either a brown eyeshadow or a dark brown pencil. A few good ones are the Milani brow pencil and the NYX pencil in addition to the one by Mac. You should never use black, it won't look natural on any complexion. It's way too dark. The darkest should be 'dark brown'. (just my opinion of course)

This method (http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/showpost.php?p=4913693&postcount=9) works for me.

I use spiked brow liner by MAC. You can determine the intensity based how heavy or light handed you are. That along with a brown shadow and then blend to look natural........
It is a staple in my kit.........
