Can someone recommend some red lip colors (glosses) for me to try?

I'm a NW45 in MAC (I think)...see my siggy for my skin tone (I'm the 2nd from the right.)

I really wanna try a bold/bright red if I can find one to fit my complexion, but don't know where to begin. I used to wear MAC Desire in college and that looked nice, but I wanted something a tad bit brighter (if possible)....

If you can get MAC Fanplastico, get.it.now! I love it!!!!! I also like Loreal Hip's Bold lipstick, Black Opal Liquid Lipstick in Red Intensity and their lipstick in the shade Candy Apple.

Try Tarte they have this purse that comes with 6 glosses in it at sephora and it's the only red I ever like on me

I just purchased a red lipgloss for $2.99 from Walgreens that I love. I can tone up or down depending on the mood. I seem to always buy something from the cheap section at the cosmetic's counter while waiting to check out. I have a couple expensive red glosses but I love this one the most!

Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush Lip Gloss in Fineapple :yep:

Its more of a raspberry-ish deep red, but I like it a lot!
Its only $7 dollars (or if you get different colors 2 for 12, 5 for 20)... sorry... I'm a manager there so I always end up promoting! LOL. But it IS really good lip gloss, if I do say so myself.

I must say those Victoria Secret glosses are surprisingly quite nice. I picked up 2 during the after x-mas sale and I love them. Color rich, moisturizing, and taste good!

I went to MAC after work yesterday and tried on the Venetian gloss and fell in LOVE :drunk:

I was really happy with how that one looked on me :yep: But I think I'm going to go out today and try on some of the others you guys have mentioned ;)

i just bought this over the weekend @ a CCO and im contemplating returning it...i dont do bright reds too good..i may just keep it then...it is really thick!!!

I picked this up yesterday for $1.99...right before walking out the store cuz I looked for 15 minutes and didn't see it! Lo and behold it was right at the cosmetics checkout counter. I grabbed the last one left :look: I also bought their "cranberry cocktail" lip liner to go with it :yep: I tried both on last nite and it looks pretty hot! Reminds me of when the MUA @ MAC layered the Venetian on me the other day.

I'm going to make another stop by the drug store this evening to pick out a couple of other colors....

Wow...she and I appear to be the same color and that dubonnet looks great on her :yep: I may have to go and try that out (unless someone knows of a drug-store knock-off of it :look:)

I prefer glosses but I could probably put a lil of my clear MAC glass on top of pretty much any lipstick, right...?

I didn't use a lipliner. I purchased the lipshine shimmer glaze in Vanilla Bean and it was nice too! I'm impressed by their glosses and you can't beat the price. I'm going to pick up a couple others as well. Their nude colors look nice too.
