Sally Girl Eyeshadow:Green Apple, Teal, Midnight, Turquoise, Glow Green, and a quad called Gum Drops

Sally Girl: Liquid eyeliner in black

Maybelline: Cool Effect cooling shadow/liner in Cold as Ice

Milani: Lip liner in Rose Petal and Crystal lip gloss in taboo

Rimmel: Soft Kohl Eyeliner in Pure White and Vinyl Glass in Delirious

BonneBell Lip Lites in Berry Smoothie

Nicole by OPI in Girl Talk

Sonia Kashuk eyeshadow crease brush

The monistat cream to put on before my powder

The white liner is to go under some eyeshadow to make it pop a little more.I bought a pallete of shadows that I love, but the colors are awfully soft. :wallbash: Any other cheap ideas on what to get to make those pop?

I like Revlon's creme shadows to use as a base and to help colors pop. The matte ones work better than the shiny ones (especially the light colors.) I was able to get 4 of them BOGO Free. Let me know if you want more dees. :grin:

You definitely need some kinda eyeshadow base. Checkout Butterfly's suggestion. I've never used them (I use Urban Decay primer potion or MAC paints). Also I don't see a black eyeliner (pencil) in there? Do you have a mascara? Also do you have a brush for sweeping color on to eyelids?

Yes I already had a black eyeliner pencil,brown eyeliner and lipliner, a mini brush set, Avon's super full masara, and assorted eyeshadows. I bought 4 palletes from Ulta that have about 40 colors in them.

I also think sometimes the quality of the eyeshadow can be the problem in lack of pop-age. I think Milani is nicely pigmented (though hard to find the singles the quads are still out there). Not sure about the other drugstore brands though!
