Hey, girl-- It is a Spanish brand. It is in the ethnic hair products/cosmetics section in Rite Aid drugstore (in NYC).

It is a white box with yellow and orange stripes. It is called:
Dr. Collado
Sulfur
Soap

On two side of the box it is in English. On the other two it says the same thing in Spanish:

Jabon de Azufre Dr. Collado

Jabon= Soap
de Azufre= of Sulfur

It is really cheap; under $2
