It was beets (2 or 3), strawberries (organic of course), kiwi (just 1), and cherries (can't remember how many probably 1 cup) that I pitted. It was a super tasty combination. Thanks for reminding me. I haven't had it in a while. I guess I'll have to use frozen cherries. :(
Are you doing the beet test or just craving beets? If you're testing you'll need to strain it through a nutmilk bag. The test should be juice only (no fiber). Actually when I do the test it's just beets and apples. That's good too tho. :yep:

no test, just want to include beets in my diet but can't bring myself to eat them as is :( (I have some in the fridge that have been there 2 weeks-I had planned on roasting them, but I'z scurred :yep:)
I have been using soluable beet crystals for the last 3 weeks or so. They are very tasty, but I know that the wholest (yeah, that's not a word!) version is best.
I hear you SG, I purchased beets about 8 days ago and only ate the tops. I'm going to juice mine with more veggies.
What's the test?

Here's what I found on the beet test:
The Beet Test
To find out how fast food travels through your system, use some beets. Beets have a very distinctive red color that will show up in your bowel movements. Eat a beet or two, then monitor how long it takes for your bowel movements to turn red. If it takes more than 18 to 24 hours, then your digestion is sluggish and not operating at top efficiency.
But I absolutely hate beets, well pickled beets. The ones ppl put on salads.
Is there an alternative. Or do they taste better when they aren't pickled?

I would like to know this as well I hate beets but know they r good for you, and I wouldn't mine this beet test but those pickled ones give me childhood nightmares:cry3::sad:
Did anyone notice super white eyes after eating beets for a while?
