Ya know, if you have changed your diet so that it includes more wholesome choices it could be that you can't do bacon anymore. :nono:
In my experience, the heavier, processed foods tend to disagree with me as my diet has become "cleaner."

Nope, I've had no problems with bacon. But I can tell you that greasy bacon can tear your stomach up.

I think this may be what it is. I need to give up the greasy foods

I foresee this being a very funny thread. You know that is God telling you to stop eating the forbidden swine.

Sometimes I feel gross after eating any meat/dairy. Lots of things I used to eat I can't eat anymore like hot dogs, bologna, ham and hot links.

I have problems with them too because I'm lactose intolerant. That could be the problem for others because some of those products contain lactose and most people don't know.

I haven't had that experience but I had pizza and buffalo wings recently and I was surprised at how awful and sluggish I felt the next day.
As for tearing up the stomach - some raw veggies like celery and green peppers tear my stomach up so go figure.

On a serious note, JNSQ, get your cholesterol checked and consider doing a cleanse or fast for a few days. I think when we feel sick after eating certain foods, our bodies are begging us to pay attention.
