I did a spinning style workout on a regular stationary bike yesterday.
I can't deal with an actual spinning bike, as the seat has wrought too much havoc on my chocha in the past!!! :giggle:
I varied intensity and speed and resistance and really shredded my quads. Also the very top of my calf muscles were targeted and feel like I am going to be sore later today.
Two questions:
1 - are the hamstrings not involved a lot in spinning? because they are not sore
2 - where should I be feeling it, aside from the quads
3 - any other input you have for a beginning "spinner"
