I noticed such a surge in energy from Kombucha and sareca told me it was prob due to the B vits.
So I dug into my supply of b-complex and sublingual b-12 and when I am stressed or experience a slump in energy, I pop these.

but I am actually taking more of the B-vits. The kombucha led me to the b-vits.

How does this taste? I may try it out the next time I'm in Whole Foods. I need something to give me a pick-me-up. I won't use it if the taste or smell is horride.

I went to whole foods a couple of months back and at the cash register, mentioned that I never had the Kombucha drink before, and the cashier gave it to me for free; the citrus one is not bad at all; sort of remind you of ginger ale with a kick. I intend on buying more the next time I go to Whole Foods.

:yay: Glad you're feelin' better. :hug2:
If kombucha gives you a little pick-me-up it's probably the b vitamins in it. If you get a pick me up from taking b vitamins you're probably deficient in them. People that take b vits and don't feel a thing, don't need 'em.
The good news is you won't have to take them forever but you will need to be pretty consistent with a 5000mcg daily dose (yes, I know the RDA is something like 500mcg). After few months, you'll feel that little kick all the time without taking them :)
I love that we can heal with pills instead of just masking.

What is the avg price for kombucha?
I went to the health food store after reading your last thread about the benefits of kombucha and it was 39.00!!!!
I'm by no means cheap but being that I never had it before and was told about the acquired taste I didn't want to have 1 more thing around I'll have to throw away.
I'm wanting to get into juice fasting and eating more raw . I'm sick and tired of being sick & tired....and FAT!!
Vev, I made an appt at Healthy Endings for Friday and I did give Carol your name.
