Dandruff is nothing but YEAST

Something didn't agree with me recently and gave me a yeast condition.

I managed to clear it up, but it was the mild flare up of itchy scalp that confirmed it. I used to have dandruff bad years ago. No more!

What did you do to clear it up if you dont mind explaining? I get itchy build up on my scalp- not really dandruff because it doesnt flake off unless i scratch it off. Also not to be TMI- but I have had a general itching/ irritation down there recently-no discharge. I went to the doctor three weeks ago and all tests came back negative. My cervix had white blood cells so they gave me the antibiotic/diflucan combo but they were unable to diagnose a condition. Problem still comes and goes so I dont think the antibiotic and diflucan did anything. I now feel like I just want to go a natural route on my own since I paid a $50 co pay and nothing is resolved. :wallbash: Thanks in advance.

There is a hydrogen peroxided vaginosis thread here that is really good.

Also, identify and start taking a good probiotic -- that will supply your body with the good stuff it needs to fight bad vag stuff.

Yeast on the scalp and down under can result from too much sugar in the diet too.
