I LoVE that recipe. I use it at least twice/week. It's my absolute all-time favorite raw recipe. Thanks for sharing it with us.

can I use the vitamix instead of a food processor for the bannana ice cream?

My only problem was getting all of the ice cream out. It will go much faster in the vitamix but once you taste this stuff you will be p/o'd at how much you couldn't scrape out of the vitamix. :)

Okay so is the green juice as beneficial as the green smoothie, because I tried to make a green smoothie with my oster and I was chewing it.
