My Job Is Doing a Biggest Loser Contest!

One of my friends thought up the idea and now my job is doing a Biggest Loser contest with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize!:blush: Each person is going to pay 20 dollars to join it. At the end of 6 months, whoever lost the most fat % wins the prizes! This is inspiring me to get off my butt and exercise!:lachen: I need inspiration on healthy breakfasts and lunch! Over 60 people are involved. It's on, now! It's perfect timing because I'm going on vacation in July and am being invited to a wedding in October. Perfect motivation and a money prize wouldn't hurt either.:eyebrows2:dollar:

My gym is having a fitness challenge w/ points for at least 30 minutes of daily exercise & additional points for taking classes, meeting with a nutritionist, etc., & extra weekly challenges where you earn points for doing reps. of certain exercises.

I agree that it's great to have that extra motivation.

So, over 60 people + $20 to join makes the winnings around $1200 so far! That is some good incentive right there! If you win, you can use that money for a new wardrobe ;) Good luck!

That is fantastic... I did that at an office I used to work at.. It pot was like 1000 dollars then the company added 500... It was so cool.. I miss working with people sometimes...
