I remember way back, when I first tried yoga. I was more than surprised to find out how much endurance, balance and strength it required. I was actually falling over. I've come a long way since then and have found yoga to be such a great thing for my physical and emotional health. It has become very relaxing.

Yoga can be a real workout. But once you gain your strength, balance, and work on your breathing, it can be really relaxing...I LOVE yoga!

:lachen::lachen::lachen::lachen: Welcome to yoga world. I had a girlfriend that thought the same thing until she finished the first class we went to at Lululemon. The stores in the DMV area have free classes on Sunday.

It's a really good work out though, honestly. I do yoga using my Wii Fit and it's pretty neat. I get a good stretch.

Welcome to the not so easy side!!!
I know when I did my yoga weekend I could barely drive home, that was the longest 45 minute drive home EVER!!!

You will see the best results esp when you start holding them poses for over aminute your legs are going to be SHAKIN!!

Stay with it girlie!

This was me at an Intro to Yoga class I took on Monday. It's an intro to Vinyasa yoga. The class is every Monday for 6 weeks. I wasn't expecting the first intro class to be so challenging! I'm looking forward to "graduating" and moving on to the Level 1 yoga classes they offer, then eventually Level 2 & 3.

Levels?!?!?!?!?:look:
Yes! :yep: 3 of the yoga studios in my city label their classes as Level 1, 2 , or 3. Or there's another place with "All Levels" classes and "Intermediate/Advanced" classes.

If you think you're in decent shape, a beginner's yoga set of poses will truly make you think twice

I have been doing the Yoga exercises on Wii Fit and I love them. Some of them are hella hard, but I can feel the stretch. I am actually improving with each session. It's good to see the starts and unlock new times and stuff.
