i cut down on beef and pork and am now eating more turkey, chicken and less sugar. i've had a headache for the last two days.

i'm eating way more than 1200 calories a day. is this normal? i have to eat carbs because i jog 3x a week

here's my sample diet:

breakfast - cereal & coffee
snack - banana
lunch - soup, wheat crackers, apple
snack - yogurt & rice cake
dinner - healthychoice steamer

Maybe your body is detoxing itself? I did the fat smash diet for about 2-3 weeks and the first 3 days were horrible. I had headaches and nausea from the waste and toxins that my body was getting rid of.

Just hang in there it'll get better soon. I know its a horrible feeling. On the flip side, remembering the feeling will help you stay on track.

That's exactly what's happening. It won't last so tough it out. When a good diet "flushes" out the bad stuff from your body, it comes out in forms of headaches, diarrhea, acne (skin is defecating), even in emotions. Those are the most extreme cases like serious detoxing but in a nutshell... I'm proud of you and admire you (as I eat my second personal pan pizza!) :nono:

When I cut out coffee, cola, sugary foods etc I get a headache during the first and second day. Don't worry, it's just your body's way of getting used to not having these things.
