I thought it was decent.. I may tune in and watch it I have not busy.. I can't add to many tv shows to the rotation.. I am cutting down on the tv watching..

Yea it was ok. It's 5 best friends trying to lose weight together. the 2 work out seperate from the other 3 because they are a little bit more advance then the other 3 so their work out is different. But it seems like it's a 4 episode show because they already showed u day 20. and it's supposed to be for 90 days... it's weird but i'm gonna watch it one more time to see how i feel about it. right now i'm confused

I knew the red-head would be the heaviest. I would've never believed that she had gastric-bypass surgery before if I hadn't seen the same thing happen to one of my co-workers. :sad:

I'm disappointed that he's only allowing 1500 calories a day, instead of customizing their nutrition plans. I also would like to see one of these shows really get it right for a change and have the participants focus on fat loss instead of just weight loss.

On a good note, they're doing 5 meals a day instead of the traditional 3.

I like it. Shawna is annoying. I can't believe the redhead had gastric bypass. I'm looking forward to the finale. I hate to say it, but I expect most of them to gain their weight back. Some of them have to be pushed too much to exercise and I just think they seem like they love food. Plus, when one of them is failing they coddle instead of pushing.

Wow, Shawna lost a lot of weight. She looks amazing! That was a great finale. Thirty pounds makes a big difference.
