Does anyone know how to get rid hair bumps (ingrown hairs) in the bikini area. I used Nair down there about a week ago and now bumps everywhere. Can anyone help me?

Tend Skin or Bikini Zone.
Tend Skin comes in a blue bottle and is sold at places like Sephora. It is effective, but very strong. Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin. (I'm not, but broke out in a rash after using it anyway).
Bikini Zone is very effective, too. I use this and have not had any problems w/it. It is sold almost everywhere; most drug stores and places like Wal Mart and Target sell it.

I want to try the Tend Skin b/c Bikini Zone didn't work for me b-4. I looked on Sephora.com and saw that it was $20 which pretty steep. I went to makeupalley.com to check the reviews of this product b-4 I wasted the money. Lo and behold there is a homemade recipe for TendSkin that supposed to work. 100% on makeupalley.com. I wanted to share the recipe with u guys. I'm gonna get the stuff and try. 1. to save money 2. I don't need to go to Sephora I'll only spend more money. LOL

Here it is from makeupalley.com:

I got the recipe for this here from a gal who suggested I use Tendskin for ingrown hair problems due to waxing. She kindly included this homemade recipe: In case you like tend skin but find it expensive and smelly (like me): 1) Crush 18 tablets of uncoated aspirin 2) Dissolve these in 5.5 oz of 70% rubbing alcohol 3) Crush 8 tablets of uncoated aspirin 4) Dissolve these in 2.5 oz of witch hazel 5) Combine the rubbing alcohol and witch hazel solutions. Some settling of aspirin may occur, just shake it well before you use it. Enjoy http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif APPLY once a day after waxing to prevent and treat ingrown hairs I actually tried it out and it has worked for me so far. I was getting 2 ingrown hairs yesterday so I appllied this solution to them. By the next day, they were about gone. Normally left untreated, they would definately still be there. I am highly pleased!

So do you use the Tendskin solution everyday or just after shaving or getting ingrown hairs.
