I'm probably the biggest skeptic on the planet, except when it comes to products for my hair and skin...hmmm, what's up with that? http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/scratchchin.gif well, I broke down and decided to purchase the ab lounge from the infomercial. To my surprise, this piece of equipment really does work. You can feel the burn instantly and the best part about it, is it doesn't hurt the neck or back area, which was a real plus for me, because regular sit-ups were a pain in the wrong body parts http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif and so I wasn't able to stick with it long enough to see results. With the ab lounge, you can do as many as you like and be able to feel and see results. Has anyone else tried this product and if so, what were your thoughts?

http://www.infomercialbuys.com/ablounge.html I don't know if I did that right, but that should give you a picture of it. I was especially excited because it wasn't a floor exercise equipment. If you're like me and don't have an exercise mat, the hard floor can be just that...hard. It doesn't hurt the back or neck and it gives you a range that can't be obtained on the floor, because it extends back far enough for you to exercise the back muscles as well, while stretching the abdominal area as a bonus.
