Anyone has permenant makeup?

I am considering getting my eyebrows done (permenate makeup). Does anyone currently have thier eyebrows done? How was your experience, also post any pics....Thanks!!

i havent, but a former roommate of mine did her eyebrows a few years ago. her eyebrows do look good but she says they've kinda faded. i'm told you have to get touchups?

these days i've been thinkin about it (to replace eye-liner) but i'm not that brave. too close to my eyes. my mother met a latina on a flight that did the eye-liner and lipstick. she loves it as she can get up in the mornings and look good already.

i think doing your eyebrows should be fine. you have any tattoos? i assume it would feel like that...

Yes, i have permanent eyebrows and permanent eyeliner (upper and lower lid). I absolutely LOVE how they turned out! You really have to research the person who does it, see their work before you do it. First, my girl waxed my brows like she normally does, then she put numbing cream on my upper lids and brows, waited about 10 min and then began tatooing. Now, i aint gonna lie, I still felt it, but it wasnt horrible...i've felt worse pain (my first brazilian wax). My biggest fear was her slipping and blinding me or something, but of course that didnt happen.

The area looks really dark for about 3 days as it scabs over but after the scabs fall off everything looked so nice! I used black/brown so its noticeable but real natural looking. My brows are still there, its just darker and nicely shaped now. I never use liner anymore unless I'm trying to go dramatic, which i rarely do. Its supposed to last about 3 yrs so we'll see. I paid $200 for my eyes ($50 per lid) and $200 for my brows.

I definately want to get eyeliner on my upper lids. I spoke with a woman that a member went to and she charged $350 for the first session and another $150 for the touchup youre supposed to get a few weeks later.

I got my upper and lower lids done. Best decision ever. I dont have much lashes so I would never leave the hous without liner..so I jumped at the chance when to get it done. I have had 1 touch up so far, after the first year, so I am due for a touch up again real soon.

Upper/lower lids done in Japan about 2 1/2 yrs ago.

You can see it still, but it's fading.

I have to find someone to do it here in AZ.

But I LOVE IT!!!

Will continue to do it!

I hope the pic attached. Anyway, this is me with permanent eyeliner and eyebrows. To me, it's not too much but it still looks like I'm wearing something. No more raccoon eyes by noon and now I always wake-up looking maaarvelous!! I also like that even though my eyebrows are tattooed you can still see the hair, so no one would ever know if I didnt tell 'em. This is one beauty routine I'll keep up. :yep:

I do have a tattoo on my chest, I suppose it feels more irritating than anything.

yes i think i'm going to go for it. I saw my instructor (i'm in school to be an esthetician ..graduating Dec.31!!!!) do this girls eyeliner..and I was like yeah I think i'm going to go for it..i am going to get my eyebrows done the beginning of next year
