What's in your gym bag?

I just joined the gym and I can't wait to pack my bag (that I got "free" when I signed up).

What do you typically pack to bring with you?

I keep my water bottle, CD player and headphones, extra batteries, membership car, and an extra pair of socks. I keep the extra socks even though I dress at home now. Years ago, I went after work and would arrive with no socks.

Well, since I go to the gym before work I am rather bogged down.
Work Clothes and shoes
Toiletries, lotion, body wash put into travel size containers
Bath Towel
Towel for workout
headphones
flip-flops for the shower

Well I have a locker at work for the gym so this is what keep in there.

Since the gym is around the corner from my house I usually wear my gym clothes there. If my hair is out I take a scarf. I also bring a towel.

Yeh, I walk to the gym, too, so I wear my workout gear there. In my gym bag-- towel, earphones, wallet, combination lock.

d.o. for the b.o. water bottle towel gum lipgloss pouch for holding the things I take into the weight room gym card some money lotion travel toothbrush/paste lock and my folder with my inspiration pics nutrition sheet(that i dont use) & my weight/measurement chart.
