Okay, so I bought them both. I've been wanting a BLACKBLACKBLACK liner for awhile, one that won't make my eyelashes hard upon application (like W&W H2O liquid liner I've been using.) I've been hearing so much about how good they are and I wanted to compared the two. They both go on VERY smoothly and easily.
Feline Kohl (the longer pencil of the two 1.5g/0.05oz): gives a TRUE intense black color. It actually looks line Carbon eyeshadow in a pencil, that's how black it is! The only thing is that it moves or smudges VERY easily. I'm gonna have to see how this wears for a full day. I am in love with the intensity, but the staying power sucks!
Engraved Powerpoint (shorter and 1.2g/0.04oz): The black that it gives is no more intense than cheaper black liners I've tried. I'd have to go over the line again with Carbon to get that intense black I want in a liner. It doesn't smudge as easily as the feline, but it has just an okay staying power. The site says it's waterproof, but if your eyes teared up and you lightly dabbed at them, the liner will come off onto the tissue and you will be left with a very faint line... because of this and also that the black is not very intense, I'm not sure if it's worth the $14.50 it costs.
This is just for anyone who may have been wondering about these pencils. :drunk:
What's more important to you when it comes to eye liner, the intensity/color or the staying power?
