Cleanse from inside out!!

Ladies, we must remember to keep our insides as clean as our outside!. I usually get a colonic once or twice a year, but I wanted to try something less invasive. I had heard of this program called Roots Nutrition 7 Day Challenge here in LA. It consists of supplements and a powder mix that you add to your desired beverage. No. I live in Walnut Creek, California which is near the San Francisco bay area. I have little kids and a gas guzzling tank so I would really rather not have to go to S.F. to have it done. Not to mention it's about 45-1.5 hrs away depending on traffic.
