As some of you may or may not know, I started a 2 a day challenge a few weeks ago. We had a lot of people signed up and several had to drop out for different reasons. When it was all said and done, there was a total of 7 people (divinefavor, Tee, Mrs.Pretty08, caribgirl, PRhair, Oasis, Yodie) who completed the challenge. Out of those 7, who completed, and emailed or pm'd their info to me, 3 were chosen. I threw in an honorable mention as well and decided to make the prizes a little sweeter. Here are the winners:

Honorable mention:
Mrs.Pretty 08- You will be receiving a jump rope

3rd place:
Yodie- You will be receiving a jump rope and a workout dvd

2nd place:
Tee- You will be recieving a $40.00 Bally's sculpt and tone workout kit that includes a ball, pump, power ankle/wrist bands, slimmer belt, and a dvd.

Grand Prize winner:
divinefavor- You will also receive the $40.00 Bally's set along with a $25 foot locker gift card.

Congrats to all of our winners and thank you to everyone who participated. I will be sending the gifts out this coming week and the new official challenge will begin in January. Q

Thank you.

Receiving a gift surely wasn't expected, but it's certainly appreciated. I love workout DVD's. The people that I met in this challenge really made it worthwhile.

Looking forward to part 2.
Thanks Que.
These are really nice gifts.

I must say that my thighs look the sexiest that I have ever seen them. They're tighter than ever before. I actually strip to my undies and looked in the mirror each day. Loved what I saw.

Yep, still needs some work, but... I'm happy.

Well you can join the next one. To all the winners, can you please take a pic of your items when you receive them? You don't have to be in the pic if you don't want but I want to put it on my blog and I forgot to take pics before I sealed everything to be mailed off. Q

After all of the exercising I think I may have lost only 1 pound if that. My
weight at end of the challenge was 165.8. I think I started out at 166.8
(can't remember). However, last week I weighed myself again and I'm about 164. My clothes are fitting better though, so I'm assuming I've
lost some inches. I wore a pair of pants on Tuesday that DH bought for my
birthday last month (October 18th). They are a size 10 and were fairly tight
when I wore them last, they are now a comfortable fit.

I really enjoyed the challenge! If nothing else, it gave me the motivation to
workout again! Also, I felt like a bond was formed between all of the ladies
that were in the challenge. By Tuesday of last week, I had started to miss checking in and seeing how well all of my LHCF sisters were doing with the challenge. I plan to return to the 2 a days starting this week. I think for the next official challenge, I need to really focus on clean eating and lowering my amount of sugar intake (I love sweets :-)). I also need to focus a lot more on strength training and doing more of the 30-50 minutes cardio workouts rather than the 20 minute cardio workouts.

I'm looking forward to the next challenge.

Divinefavor, if you workout at home, try wearing as little as possible and workout in front of a mirror. :giggle: I get discouraged sometimes when the scale isn't moving, but when I see my muscles moving or definition appearing while I'm working out, its very motivating and reminds me that something is happening, even if the scale doesn't reveal it. :look:

Thanks Jrae! I do workout mostly at home...but usually have on quite a bit of clothes, because early in the morning it always seem to be cold in my house.

I will take pics Que.

Jrae....I just have more energy, I lost inches and lbs, and I am loving my waist so much more. (I am not where I want to be but I love the progress.) Just by looking at my waist in my siggy shows I lost inches.

I think I lost about 6 lbs which is good for me. I rather loose the weight at a slower pace and keep it off rather than dropping it fast and gaining it back.

I miss checking in and reading the post of everyone else too.

I miss you ladies. Dang, I ate bad today and yesterday. I MUST make myself get back to 2 a days this coming week. I'll probably only do 2o - 30 mins in the morning and do more when I come home.

Que, I'll email you when pics of the prize.

Question for you ladies: Would it be rude to get on the treadmill at 6am? I live on the first floor, but I have neighbors. I'll speed walk, not run. Would you be upset or would you prefer that your neighbor (me) just did her speed walking in the evening when she came home from work?

You live on the first floor it should be okay. I wouldn't do it if I live on the second or third floor. But the first floor, i wouldn't think it would be rude at all.
