I've seen something similar in an independent shop. I may be passing shop tonight so if I do Ill take a picture of it and find out the price.

Hi Sis,

I couldn’t find it a top exactly like this one. I did however find a knitted top had short sleeves with the low neck line but no hood. I couldn’t take picture as DH acting up (he needed feeding and to go potty ) I think it was £15.
