Hey guys just wanted to share a website that might be useful for some of you.
The website is basically a log/diary where you can track the foods you're eating, keep a record of your weight, activities and calorie intake etc.
My sister-inlaw uses it for her weight loss program and she loves it. I've just started it, because i've always wanted to know how much calories im taking in everyday and im also trying to watch my diet.
Today i saw that i eat a lot of carbs.
